2018 AAGC Expo (Trade Show)

Booth Prices

Grand Sponsor: $1,200 (includes a premium booth)
Premium Booth: $525 (single); $850 (double)
Standard Booth: $450 (single); $750 (double)
Non-standard Booth (8x8): $400
T-Shirt Sponsor: $200
Costume Contest Sponsor: $275

Add $75 per booth after August 17th.

Discounted Room Rate

The AAGC has a special courtesy room block with the hotel. The rate is $129 plus applicable taxes. Click here to reserve your room. The Group Code is APA.

Anticipated Attendance: 250 to 300 members (excludes supplier partners)

To register for the AAGC’s upcoming Trade Show and Exposition, please complete the form below and fax to the AAGC at (803) 252-0589; scan and E-mail to aagc@capconsc.com;  or mail to AAGC, Post Office Box 7515, Columbia, SC  29202. 

For more information, please call the AAGC office at (803) 252-5032.  The advanced price of $40 will be accepted through Friday, September 21, 2018. 

There will be no refunds given after this date. After the registration deadline, the price increases to $55 per person. Please return your RSVP form today! Please note that supplier partners cannot attend without having a booth or sponsoring the event.  Advance registration is required. The show is open to member communities and management companies only who are in good standing. Non-member guests are not allowed at this event and will be turned away at the door.
