From his life experiences, Matt shares how to persevere, thrive through adversity, and to stay motivated against all odds. Salespeople will discover the number one factor to staying motivated; how to overcome the biggest challenge they will ever face; and to keep/regain their passion for sales. A common response after hearing Matt’s talk is “if Matt can go through all he went through the rejection I face is nothing.”

Matt uses running a marathon as a metaphor that provides winning strategies for personal and professional success. By sharing his against all odds story of conquering cancer three times, relearning how to walk and completing a marathon he inspires, encourages, and motivates audiences. Workshop participate will be able to use the strategies and lessons Matt shares to overcome challenges they face and achieve greater success in their daily lives.
